Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of an Assistant Front Office Manager located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Assistant Front Office Manager will handle office administration duties, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, oversee customer service at the front office, and maintain efficient communication between staff and visitors. Daily tasks include managing reception activities, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
 - Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
 - Excellent Communication abilities
 - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
 - Previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles is advantageous
 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
