Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing staff schedules, and training new front desk employees. This role also includes maintaining inventory of supplies, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and implementing Marriott International standards and procedures.

- Prior experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
