**Job Summary**: The Front Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring smooth communication between staff and visitors. This role involves managing front desk activities, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, office supplies management).
- Manage visitor logs and security procedures.
- Assist with other office tasks as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
