**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update patient records and databases (digital and physical).
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups in coordination with the front desk.
- Coordinate internal communication between dentists, hygienists, and front office staff.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment records accurately.
- Track and manage inventory of dental and office supplies; place orders as needed.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documentation.
- Maintain compliance with clinic protocols, confidentiality standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Support the preparation and filing of statutory documentation related to the clinic’s operations.
- Assist in basic HR and administrative tasks like onboarding new staff, attendance tracking, and file management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
