Looking for an efficient and experienced dental assistant and receptionist for our dental clinic at KPHB.

Duties of Dental assistant and receptionist:

- Maintain clean and sterile operatory rooms where patients as well as doctors feel comfortable.
- Hand materials and instruments to the treating doctor and keep patients mouths dry and clear by using suction. Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations.
- Clean each operatory before and after every treatment in accordance with standard guidelines.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment regularly.
- Prepare tray setups for dental procedures before each treatment and maintain adequate and required materials in each operatory.
- Guide patients to/from the waiting area to the treatment room.
- Prepare patients for treatment, and assist the doctors - thereby enabling them to provide efficient, quality dental treatment.
- If required, other duties as assigned by management
- Good communication skills & front office management
- Manage Patient & Doctor Appointments properly
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, procedures and follow up on the appointments. Also inform them of any updates from the clinic and respond to inquires of the patients.
- Proper management of patient records-register new patients and update existing patient clinical notes.
- Process proper billing and payments of the patients.
- Efficiently ensure smooth appointments.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English required

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
