Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Server Specialist to join our team. The candidate should be capable of independently setting up, configuring, and maintaining email servers to ensure high deliverability and uninterrupted email campaigns. The role requires prior experience handling large-scale email sending, particularly in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure dedicated email servers (SMTP, Postfix, Exim, or similar).
  • Ensure the ability to send 100,000+ emails per day with high deliverability.
  • Manage IP warm-up strategies, domain reputation, and blacklisting issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot email server performance and deliverability issues.
  • Implement authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to ensure compliance with USA CAN-SPAM and GDPR policies.
  • Maintain server security and optimize server resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email server setup and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SMTP protocols and email delivery best practices.
  • Experience working with USA-based email campaigns and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerMTA, MailWizz, Postfix, or similar.
  • Ability to handle email deliverability, IP reputation, and anti-spam techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud hosting providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Knowledge of bulk email marketing platforms and integrations.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
