Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The primary responsibility of this role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, proposal creation, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and developing client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Experience in technology or messaging solutions is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve revenue targets
  • Knowledge of emerging communication platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Voice is a plus
