Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Fresher) located in Bengaluru. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and communicating with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic plans for business growth, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met.

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Previous internship or project experience in a business development role is beneficial
