Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for blue & white-collar roles
Source, screen & interview candidates through multiple channels
Handle
joining formalities
, induction & documentation
Support the
exit process
with proper documentation & exit interviews
Plan & execute
employee engagement activities
Maintain HR trackers, databases & prepare reports in
Excel/MS Office
Collaborate with teams to support smooth HR operations
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on experience
in recruitment & HR functions - Strong knowledge of
recruitment cycle & HR lifecycle - Proficiency in
MS Excel & MS Office
tools - Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Energetic, organized & a team player with multitasking ability
