Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee branding, digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to support business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and present marketing performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational vision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹75,000.00 per month
