About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing, with the ability to generate measurable results in traffic, leads, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and internal links for better visibility.

Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including backlinks, directory submissions, and content outreach.

Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

Improve website authority and organic traffic through consistent optimization and content strategy.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROI.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on metrics like CPC, CTR, and conversions.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) and schedule them across platforms.

Monitor insights, engagement rates, and campaign performance.

Email & Content Marketing:

Plan and execute email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs and marketing materials.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and social media ads.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.).

Basic knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and content management systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Local SEO and Google My Business optimization.

Knowledge of video marketing or YouTube SEO.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
