**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and provide regular performance reports.

**Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines.
- Create and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Regularly update and refresh website content to keep it relevant and engaging.

**Technical SEO**:

- Conduct website audits to identify technical issues that may impact search engine visibility.
- Work closely with developers to implement on-site SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use web analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports that showcase the effectiveness of SEO and digital marketing efforts to key stakeholders.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Research and analyse competitor strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Use insights gained from competitor analysis to refine and enhance our own strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to amplify digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and website development principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Certifications in SEO and digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
