Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and grow teams across 3+ states to achieve lead and conversion targets
  • Continuously monitor, train, and guide teams to improve performance

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pre-sales lifecycle: calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and conversions
  • Optimize lead funnels and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Maintain databases and provide feedback on lead quality

Performance Management & Improvement

  • Set and monitor weekly/monthly targets
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and share insights with marketing
  • Manage escalations, enhance customer satisfaction, and recommend strategies
