- 5+ years of experience leading Sales/Pre-Sales teams, preferably in EdTech
- Expertise in sales funnel management, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and exceeding targets within deadlines
- Strategic mindset to communicate offerings effectively and drive revenue
- Ability to craft compelling narratives based on product features and business needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service, strong work ethic, and empathy
- Proven experience managing P&L for 100+ volume business units

Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and grow teams across 3+ states to achieve lead and conversion targets
- Continuously monitor, train, and guide teams to improve performance
Strategic Responsibilities
- Oversee the pre-sales lifecycle: calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and conversions
- Optimize lead funnels and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Maintain databases and provide feedback on lead quality
Performance Management & Improvement
- Set and monitor weekly/monthly targets
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and share insights with marketing
- Manage escalations, enhance customer satisfaction, and recommend strategies
