Work you'll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

Roles and Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA is a plus

12 – 15 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation and Migration experience as SAP ABAP

4 End to end S/4 HANA project implementation experience in SAP ABAP

Good hands-on knowledge and experience on Core ABAP and OOABAP.

Good hands-on experience and knowledge is required on OData, CDS, AMDP, RAP

Familiarity with ATC, ABAP Unit, and code‑quality tools; ability to enforce development standards.

Experience in SAP Enhancement Framework.
• Experience in Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Script, User Exits.

Dictionary, Business Add-In, BADIs, Data Interfaces, RFC, ALE, ALV, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, BDC, LSMW.

Good Knowledge on SAP Tables Fields, Domains and on creating Search Help.

Experience in SQL Trace, SAP Run time analysis, Debugging ABAP, Query Info Sets.

Experience with report development, performance tuning, modification, and support of SAP customized and standard programming.

Knowledge in web services (SOAP/REST/HTTP POST).

Lead a team of ABAP developers (on‑shore/off‑shore), allocate work‑packages, and ensure timely delivery within SAP Activate methodology.

Excellent verbal and written skills; capable of presenting technical concepts to senior business stakeholders and producing clear documentation.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Able to work independently.

Result oriented.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Excellent leadership communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of ownership and commitment.

Good to have BTP, Fiori, UI5, ML, and AI knowledge.

Adhering and contributing to guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
