Role & responsibilities
US Retail- Solve Customer support, Issues with packages, delivery, replacement, order cancellation, issues related to delivery and post-delivery for High End Niche products like LV, Gucci and Prada. Contract Duration: 4 Months (From now to January) Will be renewed basis on performance and business requirements. - Voice + Chat
Process: Non Voice (Chat and SMS)
Compensation:
Fresher: 18,000/- + 1,750/-
Experienced:23,000/- + 1,750/-
Travel Allowance:
One-way: 1,750/-
Two-way (if using personal vehicle): 3,500/-
Training Start Date: 22nd September
