JOB PURPOSE
Drive sales growth in Madurai and Trichy by leveraging existing dealer, real estate, and builder networks. Build and maintain strong client relationships, generate leads, and ensure timely closure of sales targets. Execute marketing strategies to promote products, maximize revenue, and strengthen the brand presence in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market studies to identify upcoming projectsresidential, commercial, hospitals, villas, and government projects.
- Track competitors pricing, products, brand positioning, and payment strategies.
- Identify potential customers through surveys, demographic research, and field visits.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, architects, designers, and key contacts.
- Conduct site visits, arrange showroom visits, and provide product demonstrations.
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and existing networks.
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of prospective clients.
Sales & Marketing Execution
- Achieve sales and collection targets in line with company goals.
- Guide clients in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Close deals, communicate payment terms, and ensure timely delivery.
- Promote the company's offerings through catalogs, e-brochures, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complaint resolution and after-sales service.
Events & Promotions
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Assist in branding activities, promotional material creation, hoarding placements, and gift distributions.
Project Coordination
- Collect and review client/dealer plans and designs (interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, claddings).
- Coordinate with the Design & Execution team to finalize products and layouts.
- Ensure timely completion of displays, mockups, and other project deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports and analyses.
- Present research findings and performance updates to the management.
Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction pre- and post-sales.
- Ensure swift service response during emergencies or urgent requests.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/marketing, preferably in real estate, building materials, or dealer networks.
