Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Use various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Negotiate offers, close candidates, and support pre-joining engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational hiring policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–6 years) in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
