Corporate Recruiter II
We have an opportunity for a
Corporate Recruiter II
to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will own and drive the recruiting process from end to end. You will partner with managers to anticipate and meet their teams' evolving needs and deliver the best talent in the organization. Collaborating closely with the organization's senior leaders to hire the right talent required for the business to perform the job. You will develop an HR agenda in terms of hiring that closely supports the overall aim of the organization as well as having a strong, effective, and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders and employees in the organization

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive jobseekers
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Utilize ORC as ATS
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects
  • Develop and implement a search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Recruitment
  • A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes and ATS preferably ORC
  • Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
  • Experience in general HR functions is preferred
  • Bachelor's and/ or master's degree in business administration / human resources strongly preferred

Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:

  • Immerse yourself in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals

Six Months:

  • Develop strong relationships and partner with the hiring manager, business leaders, and HR
  • Partner with Managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity

One Year:

  • Develop key relationships with Bangalore employees and local HR teams
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects
  • Plan strategic Recruitment initiatives to hire diverse talent across the Bangalore & Pune site
  • Be part of multiple projects within People & Places
