Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records.
- Stay updated with industry trends, talent market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of proven experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Experience with ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
