Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, talent market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
