About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in , , MongoDB, SQL, and modern API development. You will work on critical fintech components such as payment flows, integrations, authentication, merchant operations, and secure data handling.

This role requires strong backend engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6+ and backend frameworks like +
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB and at least one SQL database
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with event-based systems, queues, or background jobs (nice but not mandatory)
  • Experience using Git and version control workflows
  • Strong debugging, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward deliverables

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps processes
  • Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
  • Experience working with authentication standards (JWT, OAuth)
  • Understanding security best practices, encryption, validation, rate limiting, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
