Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our core payment gateway platform and merchant-facing applications. You'll be responsible for developing secure, high-performance backend services as well as intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how merchants process payments, manage transactions, and interact with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end product features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-availability backend systems powering payment flows, transactions, onboarding, and operations
  • Create intuitive UI components and dashboards for merchants and internal teams using modern frontend frameworks
  • Integrate third-party services and payment methods (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, etc.)
  • Ensure code quality through unit tests, reviews, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall system reliability
  • Work closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, tech stack evolution, and system design
  • Maintain strong security standards aligned with fintech requirements: encryption, authentication, data protection, logging
  • Participate in deployment pipelines, monitoring, and incident resolution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Backend: / Java / Python / Go (choose based on your stack)
  • Frontend: / Angular /
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
  • Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration-heavy backend systems
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployment workflows
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to solve complex technical challenges
  • Understanding of security best practices — authentication, authorization, encryption, secure data handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative development environment

Nice to Have

Prior experience in fintech, payment gateways, or B2B SaaS

Knowledge of compliance/security standards: PCI DSS, KYC, tokenization, JWT, OAuth

Experience with payment integrations, settlements, reconciliation, or transaction lifecycle systems

Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
