Job Summary:
The Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls and online inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles, variants, and finance options.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments for vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive brand image.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any discipline .
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (freshers may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products and features.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
