Job Summary:

The Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls and online inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles, variants, and finance options.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments for vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive brand image.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any discipline .
  • 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and features.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
