Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Perform competitive analysis to position the companys offerings effectively.

Generate and qualify leads through networking, online platforms, and market research.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing company offerings.

Manage proposal creation, including technical and commercial aspects (timelines, budgets, ROI).

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients.

Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contract terms.

Align with marketing, sales, and product teams for targeted campaigns and consistent messaging.

Provide product feedback to internal teams for improvement and future development.

Build strong relationships with clients to drive up-selling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Post-Sales Responsibilities:

Oversee onboarding and project kick-off with delivery teams.

Serve as the main client contact to address evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of IT solutions.

Resolve issues during implementation and provide post-sales support.

Facilitate client training sessions to optimize solution usage.

Monitor customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.

Develop strategies to boost client retention and foster long-term relationships.

Collect and act on client feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and provide reports on satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field; Masters preferred.

35+ years of experience in IT business development, including pre-sales and post-sales.

Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, web/mobile applications).

Knowledge of market trends and ability to align solutions with client goals.

Proven track record in driving IT sales and closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in developing business proposals and negotiating deals.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in IT project management.

Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and sales cycles.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Experience in collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
