Job Summary:

Allround Facilities Pvt. Ltd., acting as Project Management Consultant (PMC), is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead – Procurement to manage procurement operations for a premium 5-star hotel construction project in Agra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality infrastructure projects, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate with client and contractor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement activities from the PMC side for a luxury hotel construction project.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-end materials, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment), and specialized services.
  • Evaluate and onboard vendors with experience in hospitality-grade supplies and finishes.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project execution teams to align procurement with construction schedules.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and prepare periodic reports for client and internal review.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and brand-specific procurement guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in 5-star hotel or luxury commercial construction projects.
  • Prior experience working with or for a PMC is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality-grade materials, finishes, and vendor networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

Preferred:

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPP).
  • Familiarity with brand standards of international hotel chains (e.g., Marriott, Hyatt, Taj).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
