Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at chargeMOD located in Trivandrum, Kerala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, pitching products/services to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand chargeMOD's client base and generate revenue.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential target markets and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and enhance product offerings.
Utilize data analysis to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Stay up to date with industry developments, competitors' activities, and market dynamics.
Track and report key performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
Any degree.
Should be fluent in Malayalam and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
