Role & responsibilities
Support the implementation and administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, pension plans,
private medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee
compensation and benefits
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding rewards, benefits, and compensation policies in a
professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all reward programs comply with UK employment laws and regulations; prepare regular reports
on rewards and benefits metrics.
- Liaise with external providers of benefits and reward services to ensure smooth delivery and resolve
any issues.
- Assist in the communication and administration of reward policies and programs.
- Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file
management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Assist in the implementation of new rewards initiatives, benchmarking exercises, and reward reviews.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations
- Bachelors degree (Any Stream)
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its
customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal
accountability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and compliance requirements related to rewards.
