The Role

We are looking for a Talent and People Specialist to own end-to-end talent operations and people success at Clara. This role sits at the center of our growth, driving recruitment of top leadership and early team members, leading negotiations, and building a culture of excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and specialist roles across product, engineering, growth, and customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Drive compensation and offer negotiations with confidence and fairness.
  • Partner with founders and leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Support people operations, including performance management, culture initiatives, and engagement programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design and talent strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition and people operations, ideally in startups or fast-growth companies.
  • Strong track record of closing leadership and niche roles.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-ownership environment.
  • Passion for building teams, culture, and processes from the ground up.
