About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience managing multiple hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (sales, operations, supply chain, accounts, admin, etc.).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring status reports.
  • Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring (preferably in building material, manufacturing, or similar industries).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools.
