Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. In addition, the role involves enhancing employer branding initiatives and overseeing IT-specific recruitment efforts when necessary. Collaboration with hiring managers and tracking recruitment metrics also form part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
  • Strong Employer Branding skills to attract top talent
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and utilizing ATS or relevant systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors is a plus
