IT Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technical domains. The candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to handle recruitment for various technical positions.

Location: 5th Floor ,Dynpro India ,Raheja paramount Thimmaiah Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025

| Work Mode: Onsite/wfo

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end IT recruitment (permanent & contract).
  • Source profiles via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & other channels.
  • Handle vendor management for timely & quality closures.
  • Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews & manage offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on with Naukri & Monster portals.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Knowledge of IT skills/technologies.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
