Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent verbal communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to promote products/services effectively.
  • Manage email campaigns by responding to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  • Ability to work on night shifts (US region).
