Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Khurda. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
