- Generating and qualifying leads based on clients’ needs and budget.
- Meeting clients to understand their preferences, needs, and financial capabilities.
- Showing available projects and highlighting key features.
- Providing clients with accurate information about projects, including price, location, amenities, and market trends.
- Staying updated with current market trends, project values, and neighborhood developments.
- Providing clients with insights about the local real estate market, investment opportunities, and long-term value.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Preparing weekly or monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, and deal closures for managers.
- Maintaining accurate client records and transaction details in CRM systems.
- Meeting sales targets set by the company or management.
- Continuously working on improving personal sales performance and client conversion rates.
- Managing Customer site visits and office visit.
Pay: ₹10,250.98 - ₹23,530.85 per month
