Job Summary:
The Field Executive will be responsible for executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, conducting extensive field visits, building relationships with educational stakeholders, and identifying potential agents to refer students to our institution. This role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to schools, coaching centres, and teachers to promote the institution's programs.
- Identify and develop potential agents who can refer students from their respective areas.
- Execute BTL marketing activities, including on-ground campaigns, local events, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, principals, and coaching institute owners.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitive activities, trends, and opportunities.
- Achieve predefined targets for agent acquisition and student referrals.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, interactions, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience/ Fresher wants to work in field sales, BTL marketing, or educational outreach is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with local educational institutions and networks is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
