Finance Executive

**Job Title**: Finance Executive

**Reports To**: Finance Manager / CFO

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with external consultants
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Support internal controls and recommend improvements
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial operations or accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
