**Job Title: Sales Executive - Modular Furniture & Interiors**
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Location**: Bhubaneswar
**Reports To**: Sales Head Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and approach potential customers (B2C) through field visits or online.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demos**:
- Product demos & present modular furniture solutions (kitchen, wardrobes, office furniture, etc.) to clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- **Target Achievement**:
- To meet sales target quarterly / Annually.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Master’s /Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Degree/Diploma in Architect Engineering.
- Experience in furniture sales, interior solutions, or related industries desired.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/layouts.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
**Compensation**:
- Remuneration + Incentives/Commissions
- Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
