Site Supervisor

Tribune Engineering is looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and industrial projects and lead the site team. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Order building materials and supplies as per project needs.
- Schedule equipment maintenance and monitor proper usage.
- Train and guide new employees on site procedures and safety norms.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and coordinate with engineers/management.
- Perform first aid and respond to emergencies when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret project drawings/plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
