Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations of Bajaj 3-wheelers at Kumar Bajaj, Dhenkanal. The role involves managing the sales team, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining dealer relationships, and implementing effective marketing and business development strategies in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management
 - Achieve sales targets for Bajaj 3-Wheeler products (Passenger & Goods carrier segments).
 - Monitor daily sales activities and performance of the sales team.
 - Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
 - Team Leadership
 - Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
 - Set sales targets and provide performance feedback.
 - Conduct team meetings and sales review sessions.
 - Market Development
 - Identify potential markets and new business opportunities in the Dhenkanal district.
 - Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, financiers, and institutional buyers.
 - Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
 - Customer Relations
 - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction before and after sales.
 - Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
 - Coordination & Reporting
 - Coordinate with Bajaj Auto Ltd. regional office for inventory, schemes, and reporting.
 - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
 - Track market trends and competitor activities in the area.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).
 - 3–7 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably in 3-wheelers or commercial vehicles).
 - Strong leadership and communication skills.
 - Ability to manage teams and drive performance.
 - Good knowledge of local markets and customer base in Dhenkanal and nearby regions.
 - Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools).
 - Valid driving license (preferred).
 
Compensation
