About the Company
We are a growing enterprise engaged in recycling end-of-life tyres into high-quality crumb rubber. Our products are supplied to leading polymer, rubber, plastic, and infrastructure industries for use in various applications such as flooring, molded products, automotive parts, and sports surfaces.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Surat-Mota Varachha
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Head
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in polymer, rubber goods, plastics, and infrastructure industries.
- Promote crumb rubber products, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable grades/applications.
- Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial buyers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new segments, competitors, and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with production/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / Polymer / Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales (rubber, polymers, plastics, recycling, or related fields).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and industrial customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
