**JOB BRIEF**:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Handle B2B Websites like Indiamart & etc.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database & Ensure the availability of stock for sales.
- Preparing and sending quotes ,Proforma and Tax invoice, Bill of Exchange.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Following up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare Day to day Sales challan, create Tax invoice, Data entry in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain Stock and accounts report.
- Other office and accounting related work.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

- 3 to 4 Years

ELIGIBILITY:
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Good and Clear Communication skills. ( Writing & Speaking both) (Basic English)

2. Good Knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.

3. Data analysis & Problem Solving.

4. Mail drafting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
