We are seeking a dedicated and accurate Accountant to manage financial operations, vendor transactions, and export documentation within our jewelry division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, expenses, and payroll.
  • Manage Tally ERP for all accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and export documentation in coordination with auditors.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist management with budget reviews.
  • Verify vendor bills, process payments, and maintain accurate petty cash records.
  • Support annual audits and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to track order-wise costing and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience — preferably in jewelry, diamond, or export business.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under pressure.
