Job Profile:
BRANCHES:
● Responsible for growth of potential customers and clients for Branches in Mumbai, Navi
Mumbai, Thane & Kalyan.
● Will need to travel twice a week to Central Mumbai/Navi Mumbai Branches. Rest of the days
will work from Santacruz West Branch.
● Manage outgoing & incoming Calls / Emails for Sales & Registration Support.
● Whatsapp coordination.
● Day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing students.
● Planning relevant workshops with the events team.
Other Attributes:
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
Hands-on experience in making business proposals using Microsoft power-point / Canva.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft word & excel
People familiar with CRM preferred.
Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city.
Candidates from the western line will be preferred.
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduation
Working Days and Hours:
Monday To Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM
On the days of the events (if any), the working days & timings will be kept flexible.
Overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
One who is good in communication & knowledge of music can apply
Salary:
● Best as per industry standards, up to 25k per month net in hand plus incentives for enrolments in branches.
● Office work-related travel expenses would be reimbursed as per policy.
● Office phone and SIM will be provided for all official communication.
