Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities


- Designing & implementing sales strategy & plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting & on boarding new customers.
- Accountable for net new business revenue targets and making sure the entire team meets their targets as an individual & teams both.
- Build, lead and manage a team recruiter, business development and operation team
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed goals through coaching, training & mentoring.
- Proactively identify, recruit and hire top talent to build a team of top performers.
- Help create a fun, high energy work environment.
- Must have experience into Middle East, Asia pacific and Europe IT Staffing business. .
- Effective report on team & individual performance, metrics and KPI.
- Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies

We are looking for :
- 8 to 12 years of of hands on experience in Staffing Industry (Preferably with Middle East and Asia pacific and Indian market) in Staffing / Staff Augmentation.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Experience closing mid-market & enterprise deals.
- Strong experience & expertise in Staff Augmentation or IT Staffing.
- Experience being adaptable while working with high growth, fast paced or start-up environment.
- High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go getter attitude
- Willing and open for international travel as and when required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
