We're building the future of mortgage distribution with AI, and are looking for a
Technology Product Manager
to join our core team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and AI-driven strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specs, workflows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive product development cycles.
  • Oversee platform integrations with lenders, data providers, and third-party services.
  • Build and manage dashboards, analytics, and reporting for product performance.
  • Ensure smooth releases through sprint planning, QA, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with DSAs, lenders, and internal teams to gather feedback and improve features.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and usage through intuitive UX and automation-led workflows.
  • Stay ahead of fintech/AI trends to inform product innovation and differentiation.
  • Own delivery timelines while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management or technology roles within
    BFSI / fintech
    .
  • Proven track record of building and scaling
    technology platforms
    (preferably in lending, payments, or distribution).
  • Strong understanding of
    mortgage, loan origination, or financial services workflows
    .
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into
    clear product specs and technical execution
    .
  • Experience collaborating with
    engineering, data, and design teams
    in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on
    scalability and customer impact
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
