Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for AR/VR/immersive technology products and solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and manage key client relationships. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Present and demonstrate immersive technology solutions to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth on-boarding and implementation processes. Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and help shape product development. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and detailed activity reports. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's immersive solutions. Qualifications & Skills: 8-12 years of proven sales experience in AR/VR, immersive tech, or related technology sectors. Strong understanding of AR/VR hardware, software, and enterprise applications. Demonstrated ability to close large deals with enterprise clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and developing new markets. Ability to work as individual contributor in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
