About the Role:

We are looking for a talented AR/VR Developer to design and develop immersive applications, simulations, and experiences across multiple domains — including training, education, defense, healthcare, and industry. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for emerging XR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive AR/VR applications using Unity 3D and C#
  • Implement XR interactions, gesture controls, and real-time physics-based behavior.
  • Integrate with VR/AR hardware (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, HoloLens, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to implement intuitive and visually appealing experiences.
  • Optimize applications for performance, usability, and comfort.
  • Develop modular, reusable systems for cross-project use.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation of all XR modules.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of AR/VR development experience using Unity.
  • Strong C# scripting and object-oriented programming knowledge.
  • Experience with XR Interaction Toolkit, OpenXR, AR Foundation, and Oculus/SteamVR SDKs.
  • Knowledge of 3D environments, UI design, lighting, and animation systems.
  • Good understanding of physics, collisions, and interactions in 3D environments.
  • Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or Vuforia.
  • Prior experience in training simulations, interactive learning, or enterprise XR.
  • Familiarity with backend integration, data visualization, or cloud-based analytics in VR.
  • Basic understanding of Unreal Engine or multiplayer networking.
