Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and skilled AR/VR Developer to design, build, and implement immersive augmented and virtual reality applications. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strong technical expertise to deliver engaging, high-performance experiences for mobile, web, or headset-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AR and VR applications using tools such as Unity3D, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and product teams to translate concepts into interactive experiences.
  • Implement interactive elements, animations, and physics-based features in immersive environments.
  • Optimize application performance for different devices (e.g., mobile, Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, ARKit/ARCore).
  • Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party tools to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Debug, test, and refine applications to ensure stability, scalability, and usability.
  • Research emerging AR/VR technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demos for new AR/VR features.
  • Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and creative teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AR/VR application development.
  • Proficiency in C# (for Unity) or C++ (for Unreal Engine) programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of 3D mathematics, graphics pipelines, and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, MRTK, or similar AR/VR frameworks.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design for immersive environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing for XR devices (Oculus Quest, HoloLens, Magic Leap, etc.).
  • Knowledge of spatial computing, gesture recognition, and hand tracking technologies.
  • Experience with networked multiplayer AR/VR environments or cloud-based XR solutions.
  • Familiarity with WebAR and WebXR frameworks.
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous AR/VR projects
