Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for AR/VR/immersive technology products and solutions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and manage key client relationships. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Present and demonstrate immersive technology solutions to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth on-boarding and implementation processes. - Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and help shape product development. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and detailed activity reports. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's immersive solutions. Qualifications & Skills: - 8-12 years of proven sales experience in AR/VR, immersive tech, or related technology sectors. - Strong understanding of AR/VR hardware, software, and enterprise applications. - Demonstrated ability to close large deals with enterprise clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and developing new markets. - Ability to work as individual contributor in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
