Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the International Division, located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, preparing marketing materials and strategies, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive international growth and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
