Position Overview

We are seeking a
Quality Assurance Specialist
with proven experience in both
manual and automation testing
. The ideal candidate will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve issues while enhancing our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute
    test cases, test scripts, and test plans
    for web and SaaS applications.
  • Perform
    manual testing
    to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance
    automation test scripts
    using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
  • Conduct
    functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
    .
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare detailed test documentation, bug reports, and QA status updates.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
  • Ensure projects comply with
    international quality standards and client requirements
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience
    in both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    software testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC/STLC
    .
  • Proficiency in
    automation testing tools
    (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
  • Experience with
    bug tracking tools
    (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in testing
    SaaS applications and large-scale web platforms

  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
    .
  • Knowledge of
    API testing tools
    (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Exposure to
    performance testing tools
    (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
